Organizations of all sizes are being challenged to do more with less. One of the most effective methods to do more with less is to take a look at your processes and remove the inefficiencies. Process transformation is the science of base lining a process from the beginning to the end, identifying and eliminating non value added steps, and making the entire process as efficient as possible. It sounds simple, but doing it right requires following a data driven approach, engaging the right team, and having a “change stimulating” process to ensure the change happens.
When we engage with you in a process transformation and change management initiative we will take you through the DMAIC and Change Stimulation process:
Define – To define what your customer values, develop a team charter, and map the process to be improved.
Measure – To establish a baseline and measures of your process performance
Analyze – To analyze the data and process and arrive at root causes
Improve – To generate, select, design, test, and implement improvements
Control – To institutionalize the improvement and implement ongoing monitoring
Change Stimulation – To ensure the change happens and it is sustainable by providing a communication and employee engagement plan throughout the entire process
